This neighborhood favorite is always bustling with locals who come to shop the dozens of designers and chat with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kiwi is the perfect place for a comfortable shopping experience to find both the latest trends and quality timeless pieces.

Owners Christine Alcalay, a designer of her own label and Marlene Siegel, retail wiz team, have teamed up since 2002 to create a store that stands apart.  The collection of clothing and accessories are carefully selected from over 100 designers and manufacturers and include Michael Stars, J Brand, Qi Cashmere, Vince, Autumn Cashmere, Sanctuary, White + Warren, Splendid, and Lilla P. Prices range from $35 for tees to $700+ for coats, with most items under $200. Favorites include intricately beaded dresses and tops by Parker and Splendid’s cozy v-neck striped sweaters. 

Soft scarves, lingerie, shoes, and statement-making jewelry can be found tucked between racks of clothing. Also don’t miss the back of the store with an entire “comfort” section filled with soft tees, leggings, hoodies, and wraps, and sale rack with a good selection of items.

To keep it fresh and interesting for their clients, Kiwi re-organizes all the clothing racks every Thursday by grouping new textures and colors together to create unique pairings. It’s obvious the care they put into choosing the collections and meeting the needs of each season with new styles and brands that keep everyone coming back for more.
